Everyday cleaning
Start with a plan
Walk through your home and note the rooms that need the most attention. Gather cloths, a vacuum, and products suitable for your surfaces before starting. Work from higher surfaces down to the floor so dust does not land on areas you have already cleaned.
Kitchen and bathrooms
Clear accessible counters, wipe surfaces, and clean sinks and fixtures. In the kitchen, give the stovetop and appliance exteriors attention. In bathrooms, clean mirrors, toilets, tubs, and showers using products appropriate for each surface. Follow product labels, including any required contact time.
Bedrooms and shared spaces
Put loose items away, dust accessible furniture and shelves, and remove cobwebs you can safely reach. Finish each room by vacuuming or mopping its floor. Keep a separate list for more detailed jobs such as baseboards or appliance interiors.
Planning a professional visit
Use the room checklist to explain your priorities when requesting an estimate. Confirm which tasks fit your selected service and home condition before scheduling.
