Share your property requirements
Review any cleaning instructions from your landlord or property manager and share relevant requests when discussing the estimate. A cleaning visit does not guarantee the return of a deposit; your lease and property inspection determine that.
Prepare access and utilities
Explain gate codes, parking, key arrangements, and building rules ahead of time. Check that water and power will remain available for the visit. Let the cleaning team know which areas will still contain belongings.
Agree on detailed tasks
Ask about appliance interiors, cabinets, baseboards, and any areas with buildup. Confirm the cleaning scope and timing before the handover date so everyone knows what to expect.
